The Mission
The Mobile Barber Studio runs a luxury mobile barbershop out of a custom van in Silicon Valley. Tagline: "Luxury Grooming. Anytime. Anywhere." Elijah, the founder, had built a real premium experience but the online presence didn't match — fragmented content, basic site, inconsistent booking flow, irregular posting that kept the algorithm asleep.
The Challenge
Despite a luxury in-person product, online he looked average. The site bounced visitors at 82%. Average session was 97 seconds. Booking click-through was a sub-4% afterthought. The Instagram had no rhythm, which meant zero algorithmic reach. The brand was leaking customers at every digital touchpoint.
The Strategy
Site overhaul: full-screen hero video, transparent pricing above the fold, single booking CTA wired into Acuity with SMS confirmation, live Instagram feed integration. Content system locked into a "3 + 2" weekly formula — three reels, two carousels — covering timelapse cuts, POV van life, grooming tips, transformations and pricing breakdowns. Automated SMS reminders so no booking dropped through the cracks.
The Results
Bounce rate 82% → 46%. Average time on page 97s → 181s. Booking CTR 3.5% → 14.2%. Appointments per week 7 → 28. Average ticket $103 → $137. Net revenue increase: $11,400 in under two months. Profile views 24K → 40K (+63%). Engagement +157%. DM bookings 4 → 11 per week (+175%). Time invested in content dropped from 10 hours/week to 2 hours/week.
The Aftermath
Elijah's booked two weeks out, consistent, calm, and cashing in. The content runs itself. The site sells while he sleeps. The system is still running and still compounding.
“Luxury is speed, clarity, and no BS. This funnel delivers all three.”
