The Situation

Brandon had already tried two other agencies before he called us. Neither one produced results he could point to, and his revenue had been sitting between $15k and $18k a month long enough that he had stopped expecting it to move on its own. The work coming out of his shop was excellent. He just had no reliable way to get the right people to book it, and he needed a system that could consistently get him to $40k a month.

The Challenge

Brandon had already tried two other agencies before he called us. Neither one produced results he could point to, and his revenue had been sitting between $15k and $18k a month long enough that he had stopped expecting it to move on its own.

What We Did

We started by building a new landing page designed specifically for paid traffic, with messaging written for premium buyers instead of people hunting for a deal. Once that was in place, we launched Google Search ads at $60/day to capture buyers already searching for ceramic coating, PPF, and tint in his market. After Google gave us enough data to know what was working, we layered in Meta campaigns at $40/day, with video creative shot on-location by San Jose videographer Nikolas Nenada. We also restructured his service packages to attract higher-ticket jobs and keep customers coming back, and installed tracking across every channel so every booked job had a source.

The Results

Brandon did not just hit his $40k target. He blew past it. His calendar was fully booked and December was one of the busiest months his shop had seen in years. The customers from those campaigns kept coming back.

Proof

December before — $18,772 booked
December after — $43,046, fully booked

The Aftermath

What started as a 60-day push became Shinecoat's primary acquisition engine. The landing page converts, the ads target real buyers, and the tracking tells the truth. Brandon's shop went from relying on word-of-mouth to having a predictable system that fills the calendar.

It takes a team to move forward in everything you do, thank you @reallytherhino and @nikolas_nenada for helping us make it happen, let's keep it running. One of the busiest Decembers we had in a long time!
